This unit is a high-performance heat sealer made entirely of steel with epoxy powder coating. Reliability is the main feature of this sealer, as with all of our products. Using the manual temperature setting, you get an effective control of the heating in the welding zone, ensuring the high quality of performance over time. The sealing unit is equipped with an electronic control of the sealing parameters (time and temperature) and guarantees a sealing band. Moreover, the system of maintaining the position of the paper prevents the rewinding roller after sealing and cutting,  allowing a linear procedure and without interruption.

In most dental practices, instruments are cleaned using an ultrasonic cleaner. This type of unit removes bioburden by using sound waves generated by electrical energy. As the sound waves move through the liquid cleaning solution, they cause the formation and bursting of millions of small bubbles. 

Distilled water, and not tap water, is recommended to use in  dental autoclaves and external chairside units. Any waterborne bacteria that is introduced into your dental unit water lines can multiply and become part of a resistant colony (biofilm) that is difficult to remove. This can pose a patient safety risk.

Class N autoclave is used for sterilizing unpackaged solid instruments. The ‘N’ type autoclave uses steam to move air downwards within the chamber where the instruments are placed on a metal perforated tray; this enables the hot air to contact all of the instruments.

The autoclave is computerized, user friendly and easy to operate. Its real time display shows all data during the sterilization cycle. The software program provides auto diagnostics, protection against over heating or over pressurizing, and thus ensures reliability of the sterilization results.
